A life-long Calgarian, Chad has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University,, where he was a three-time Academic All-Canadian. After leaving Acadia, Chad developed an in-depth understanding of in-house employment law in human resources roles with multiple agricultural businesses.
Chad earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. During law school, Chad honed his negotiation and advocacy skills by volunteering for student legal assistance, in mock negotiations, and in trial competitions. Chad also was an active member of the law school’s basketball and dodgeball teams, winning co-ed championships with both.
Inside or outside of the office, Chad is a competitor and a team player. As a New York Jets and Calgary Stampeders fan, and local flag and touch football league participant, Chad strives for excellence in competition. He brings that mindset, his human resources experience, and his negotiation and advocacy skills to his practice of the law.
When not competing, Chad enjoys adventures into nature, from biking the Kettle Valley Railway to hiking Trolltunga in the Fjords of Norway.
